Katy Roofing & Siding puts Katy-area homeowners and property managers in touch with independent roofing and siding contractors. It does not install roofs or siding itself, has no crews of its own, and is not a party to the agreement you make with a contractor.
Each contractor you are connected with runs a separate business with its own insurance, its own prices and its own paperwork. What that contractor quotes, signs, schedules or guarantees is between you and them. This site makes no promise about who is available, what it will cost, when work will start or how it turns out.
Texas issues no license to roofing contractors or siding installers, so this site has none to hold and implies none for anyone it recommends. Ask each contractor for proof of liability insurance, and for workers’ compensation coverage where they have employees.
Storm records, community histories and similar facts are taken from named sources and offered as general background. They are not legal, engineering, insurance or financial advice. Rules change, so confirm any requirement with the association or the local authority before acting on it.
Submitting a request or calling means you accept follow-up by phone, text or email from this site and from the matched contractor. Only ask for work on a property you have the right to arrange work on. Bulk, automated or abusive submissions are blocked.
As far as Texas law permits, this site is not liable for losses arising from using it, from an introduction it makes, or from information published on it, and it is not responsible for anything an independent contractor does or fails to do.
