The Katy Times calls Nottingham Country the seed of south Katy, and it was developed in the 1970s and 1980s. That makes it one of the oldest housing stocks on this site, with roofs that are commonly on a second or third cycle.
On a house from this era the question is often not when the roof was last replaced but how many times.
